Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Coordinator. As a Membership Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the membership department and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. You will be responsible for managing member inquiries, processing membership applications, and assisting with member onboarding and retention efforts.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential for success in this role. This position is Part-time position from 20 - 30 hours a week.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $16 - $20 per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Processing new membership applications and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Assisting with member onboarding activities, including welcome packages and personalized introductions
  • Managing member newsletter
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of member events
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve member concerns and ensure a positive member experience
  • Maintaining up-to-date membership records and generating reports as needed
  • Providing administrative support to the membership team, as required

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Envoy
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings
