Thomas Talent Network, LLC is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Director specializing in Pulmonary medicine to join our esteemed team. As the Medical Director - Pulmonary, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the Pulmonary department and providing the highest level of medical care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and providing strategic direction for the Pulmonary department.
- Leading a team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care to patients.
- Developing and implementing protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations within the Pulmonary department.
- Collaborating with other departments and senior leadership to enhance healthcare services and improve patient outcomes.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and technological advancements in Pulmonary medicine.
- Participating in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Medical degree with specialization in Pulmonary medicine.
- Board certification in Pulmonary medicine.
- Valid medical license.
- Proven track record of leadership and clinical excellence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
