We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned, in-house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.
Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.
- Maintain all inventory for Home Services at Corporate.
- Collaborating with the Institute’s MA’s to maintain the Home Services Inventory at the Institute.
- Seasonal: Unpack supplies from the Hamptons after site breakdown.
- Build MDO bags for: Pediatric Clinicians, EM Clinicians, and RNs as needed.
- Build Kits (swab, point of care test, wound etc.) as needed for Clinicians and Patients
- Bag Check - AM check for EM MDO bags and supply kits at the Institute daily with a daily PM check by Phoebe, RN replenish as needed (for now, possibly in collaboration with MAs).
- Daily check-in sign-in sheet to document check.
- Helping communicate changes in supply location to the clinical team.
- As Needed Task: Email Weekend Readiness email to Home Services’ staff. In collaboration with Krystyna
- Implement new tracking systems/checklists as needed.
- Monthly Inventory Count: Track amount of items prior to Monthly Inventory Order.
- Monthly Inventory Audit: Properly disposing of expired medical supplies in the medical-grade receptacle.
- Order supplies as needed **Authorization needed from Home Services’ Operations Manager.
- Track orders, communicate with reps and vendors, confirm delivery
- Shipping items as needed by Fedex or courier items for urgent delivery Fly over the city.
- Collaborate with Institute MAs as needed.
Hourly Rate: $30 - $35
Requirements
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED required.
- Successful completion of training at an accredited Medical Assistant Training Program.
- A Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited organization is preferred.
- 3+ years Medical Assistant experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
