The Brand Performance Network (BxP) is a collection of top Stagwell agencies providing B2B and B2C marketers with connected global solutions in creative, media, commerce, data, and technology. BxPhas over 5,000 experts across 60 offices in 20 countries, collectively handling over $5 billion in media.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Media and Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship will offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of media and advertising, working alongside industry professionals to gain valuable hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of investment strategies and campaigns.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer ratings.
- Maintain and update client, partner databases and media lists.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and activities
- Help with the production of digital content, including videos and social media posts.
- Help with the production and marketing support of audio content in the form of a Podcasts and short-form content (digital, social, video)
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Track and report on partnership progress.
- Work frequently with Finance, Legal and other corporate services.
- Assist in partner communications, events, and daily relationship management.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g., Advertising, Marketing, Communications).
- Strong interest in media, advertising, and marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $17.00 - $20.00 USD/hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
