Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages.
• Consult with clients to assess their individual needs, preferences, and any existing medical conditions.
• Customize each massage session to address specific concerns and ensure maximum relaxation and therapeutic benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing and restocking massage rooms.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care techniques.
• Uphold the highest standard of professionalism, including maintaining client confidentiality and respecting boundaries.
• Continuously expand knowledge of massage techniques, trends, and industry advancements.

Requirements

• Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist.
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa or wellness center.
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of massage techniques and their benefits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess clients' needs and provide personalized treatments.
• Attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and respect boundaries.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
