Manager/Sr. Manager- Analytics Consulting (Banking)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage analytics projects aimed at solving business problems within the banking domain.
• Engage with clients to define and translate business objectives into actionable analytics solutions.
• Expertise in advanced statistical modeling techniques and machine learning applications to drive decision-making processes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies for risk management, customer segmentation, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize analytical tools like R, Python, SQL, and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau to convey insights.
• Be proficient in leveraging banking datasets, customer data, and transaction history for analytical modeling.
• Develop compelling presentations for stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of analytics on business outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and analytics excellence.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in analytics and banking.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure optimal data sourcing and integration.

Requirements

• 5 - 12 years of professional experience with a minimum of 4 years in analytics roles, preferably in banking or finance.

• Demonstrated ability to present complex analytical findings to senior management and executive stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of financial products, risk assessment, and banking regulations.

• Proficient in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

• Expertise in SQL and programming languages such as R and Python.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.

• MBA in Finance, Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
