Reports to: Associate Director of Operations & Facilities

Shift: This is a Full-Time Day Shift position.

Job Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly

Compensation: Up to $22.67 hourly

Job Duties Include:

  • Perform all painting duties for the various Hope House programs
  • Perform maintenance and repairs at all facilities to include: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, etc
  • Keep Maintenance Manager apprised of any necessary issues and repairs.
  • Performs regular inspections as assigned.
  • Performs cleaning at any and all facilities.
  • Distributes inter-agency mail.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
  • Valid Drivers License Required
