In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our logistics and organization processes, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of equipment, supplies, and inventory across all PureGym locations
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and inventory levels
- Oversee the logistics of facility maintenance, ensuring repairs and upkeep are promptly addressed
- Assist in the creation and implementation of streamlined processes and systems to improve overall efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of logistics-related activities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to logistics, providing exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyze data related to logistics performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health, wellness, and fitness industry trends and best practices
