Logistics Manager

Highstreet Insurance Partners is a leading insurance company in the industry, dedicated to providing individuals and businesses with comprehensive coverage and excellent customer service. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to join our team. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the transportation and distribution of our insurance products to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our clients and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of insurance products, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient utilization of resources.
• Monitor and manage delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, warehousing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Track and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery accuracy, transportation costs, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management, implementing innovative solutions where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations, including routing, scheduling, and carrier management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
