Our mission is to celebrate and promote the beauty of African heritage through our diverse product range, which includes headwraps, jumpsuits, dresses, body oils, and more. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Live Sales Associate to join our team and help us connect with our audience through live TikTok sessions.

Position Overview:

The Livestream Retail Specialist will be responsible for hosting live sessions on TikTok and Instagram, showcasing our beauty and fashion products, and engaging with our audience to drive sales and build brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is charismatic, knowledgeable about our products, and skilled in social media engagement. This part-time, in-office role offers a pay rate of $17-$19 per hour. Commission is available for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Host live sales sessions on TikTok and Instagram, presenting Cee Cee's Closet NYC products in an engaging and informative manner.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range, including headwraps, jumpsuits, dresses, body oils, and more.

- Engage with the audience during live sessions, answering questions, providing styling tips, and offering personalized recommendations.

- Drive sales by promoting special offers, discounts, and new arrivals.

- Maintain a lively and upbeat atmosphere during live sessions to keep the audience entertained and interested.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live session content and strategies.

- Monitor audience feedback and adjust presentations to better meet customer needs and preferences.

- Maintain product display and presentation standards in the office studio.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.

- Strong on-camera presence and the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of Cee Cee's Closet NYC products or a strong interest in learning about them.

- Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms.

- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to live situations.

- Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for beauty and fashion.

- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
