Kinney Lisovicz Reilly & Wolff PC, a reputable law practice, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Staff Attorney to join our team. As a litigator, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex cases and collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys. As a Litigation Staff Attorney, you will be responsible for assisting the senior attorneys in all phases of litigation. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and supporting the team in trial preparation. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to solving legal issues.


Responsibilities

  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Managing and organizing case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assisting with trial preparation, including witness interviews and document management
  • Attending depositions, hearings, and trials with senior attorneys
  • Collaborating with team members to develop case strategies and tactics
  • Providing general administrative support to the litigation team

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in [state/jurisdiction]
  • [X] years of experience as a litigation attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department
