Full Job Description

Galli Law, PLLC is currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Litigation & Real Estate Paralegal to join our dedicated legal team. In this role, you will assist attorneys specializing in litigation and real estate law by conducting research, preparing documents, and managing cases from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of legal processes, and a passion for providing excellent client service.

This position offers competitive compensation, with a starting salary range of $55,000 - 65,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of litigation documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to ongoing cases
  • Manage and organize real estate transaction files
  • Coordinate the closing process, including document preparation and review
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Prepare discovery documents and assist with trial preparation
  • Maintain and update case management systems

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on litigation and real estate desired
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and real estate transactions
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
