Litigation Paralegal

Galli Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, from case inception through trial. This position requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, a thorough understanding of civil litigation practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time FLSA exempt position with a starting salary range of $58,500-$61,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation throughout all litigation stages
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
• Draft correspondence and legal documents accurately
• Support attorneys in case strategy and organization

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Proficiency in legal research databases and tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and rules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
