Martin Law Group, a leading law firm serving clients from New York City to Albany, is seeking a passionate and experienced Life Coach to join our team. As a Life Coach at Martin Law Group, you will play a vital role in helping our clients navigate through personal challenges and achieve their goals.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to individuals who are facing various life situations, such as personal injury, real estate issues, matrimonial disputes, bankruptcy, and criminal law cases. By leveraging your expertise and empathetic nature, you will empower our clients to make informed decisions and take positive actions to improve their lives.

Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to identify their life goals and develop action plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients going through challenging life experiences.
- Empower clients to make positive changes in their lives by offering valuable strategies and tools.
- Help clients overcome obstacles and develop resilience and strength in the face of adversity.
- Collaborate with the legal team to offer holistic support and ensure alignment in client strategies and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and discussions.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of coaching sessions and modify approaches when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Life Coach, counselor, or related role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize and show compassion to clients.
- Knowledge of personal development and self-improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with legal proceedings and cases (preferred but not required).
- Professional certification as a Life Coach or similar credentialing (preferred but not required).
