Responsibilities:
- Perform professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable).
- Customize massage based on client needs and preferences.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of regular massage therapy to clients.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all spa policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide the best possible service.
Qualifications:
- Valid state massage therapy license.
- Proficient in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, etc.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
