Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in team discussions to refine treatment strategies and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families about available resources and mental health management techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in mental health care to improve service delivery.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Active New York State LCSW license.
- Experience working with elderly populations.
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment and diagnosis.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
