We are looking for a L&D Program Specialist

Compensation: $130,000 - $153,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, this role will be responsible for executing on various Learning and Development (L&D) programs to unlock the potential of our Rokt’stars. We are seeking someone who is data driven, experienced in project management with a keen attention to detail, and has a strong bias to action. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in, make a big impact, and grow to have ownership over various L&D initiatives across the organization.

About the role: 

  • Online Learning: You will help manage our online learning content through our LMS, publishing new content, managing data for reports, and responsible for ensuring our platform runs smoothly. You will also project manage the pre- and post-production process of new content, including managing the production calendar, liaising with our film production vendors, and helping make sure our internal stakeholders have a smooth experience creating new content. You will also be responsible for uploading and then tracking content backend data reporting
  • Global Onboarding: You will help manage, execute, and iterate upon our global onboarding program, being the primary organizer of events for all new Rokt’stars, throughout their onboarding journey with the goal of ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all new Rokt’stars
  • Executive Coaching: You will help manage the backend process of our internal coaching program, matching Rokt’stars to our internal roster of coaches, communicating any program updates to our coaches, keeping any internal documentation of the program up to date, and managing the data collection process
  • General/Misc: You will help build, implement, and analyze survey data with Culture Amp, be responsible for collecting data and reporting out on relevant L&D related efforts, and manage scheduling and live session logistics for any internal training

Requirements

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in a project management, L&D program management, enablement, or film production type role
  • Excellent project management and data analysis skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in fast paced teams and balance shifting priorities
  • Ability to express sound judgment with logical rationale for decisions 
  • Constantly looking for new ways to improve and accelerate our efforts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred experience working with LMS platforms, online learning content platforms like Articulate or similar, Enboarder, and/or Culture Amp
  • Worked in a high growth company with a culture of continuous learning
