Overview:
Lead Infrastructure Services Engineer needed to provide third-level support for Virtual Desktop
infrastructure and implement enterprise systems. Role requires technical consultation expertise
and high-level project development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide third-level VDI environment support
- Implement new systems, upgrades, and modifications
- Manage iGel OS platform and endpoint automation
- Perform system analysis and develop reporting metrics
- Interface with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Train help desk and operations staff
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation

Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience with Desktop/Remote Access Technologies, VDI, Citrix Cloud
- Expert in CVAD, NetScaler, Provisioning Services, Machine Creation Services
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure Cloud Services, IGEL platform
- Experience with SysTrack, SQL Server, IIS, Ivanti
- PowerShell scripting proficiency
- Project management and leadership ability
- Strong communication skills
- ITIL framework knowledge
- Disaster recovery expertise
