Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year. 

We have a team of just over 650 Two Circlers working from nine offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Bern, Cologne, Kansas City, Miami and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base. 

Our Marketing and Consultancy team works with sports rights holders, helping them build relationships with their audiences, partners and sponsors to drive business growth. And we do it by using data to help our clients better understand their fans. We then create and implement data-led digital marketing and technology solutions that improve fan experience, grow revenues and build commercial efficiency.  

Our creative approach and innovative ideas stand us out from the crowd. By knowing fans best, we break down the traditional barriers between sports organisations and their customers. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic and ambitious person interested in working for sport’s most exciting agency at our New York OR LA office.

 

Role Profile: 

We're looking for a candidate with strong strategy & consulting experience, ideally within sport. If not directly sport then experience working with a TMT (Technology, Media & Telco) practice in reputable consulting firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis and market research to provide insights and recommendations on the sports industry landscape, fan behavior, and commercial opportunities for our clients
  • Lead and manage project teams in order to deliver client projects by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to create strategic recommendations and actionable insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop client presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the changing digital landscape
  • Highly numerate and able to articulate ideas and marketing strategy off the back of data insight
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
  • Great self-starting attitude, keen to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for sports and a strong interest in understanding fan behavior and trends
  • More than 5 years’ experience in strategy, consultancy or agency environments, ideally in sport
