We are a growing interior remodeling company specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and basement Remodels. We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team.
Requirements
**Apprentice Remodeler**
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist experienced remodelers with various tasks including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring installation, and trim work.
* Learn and develop skills in all aspects of interior remodeling.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
**Qualifications:**
* Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
* Basic carpentry skills and knowledge of construction techniques.
* Ability to work independently and follow directions.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Minimum 2 Years experience in construction.
**Crew Leader**
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and supervise a team of remodelers on assigned projects.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Maintain high quality standards and craftsmanship.
* Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
* Manage and track inventory and materials.
**Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in interior remodeling.
* Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
