Inventory Manager

THC The Herbal Care is a leading cannabis company dedicated to providing high-quality, organic products to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Manager.

As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our product inventory. This includes managing stock levels, ensuring accurate record keeping, and coordinating with suppliers and distributors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient supply chain and ensuring the availability of our products to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand to ensure product availability
• Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to manage product shipments and deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future inventory needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute inventory strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the cannabis or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficient in using inventory management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to inventory management and strict adherence to compliance guidelines
