Main Purpose

  • The main purpose of this role is to aid with the management of personnel, equipment, vendor resources, and project coordination activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing and assigning in‐house and freelance technical staff and interpreters to events.
  • Help with the creation of in‐house personnel schedules.
  • Work with the Production Manager on managing costs associated with the fulfilment of Live Event Services.
  • Maintain inventory.
  • Keep current with new technologies.
  • Recruit new technicians/vendors/suppliers in multiple regions.
  • Assess and train technicians and support staff.
  • Prepare supplementary equipment resources.
  • Be one of the after hours contacts for technicians/vendors/suppliers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Educational Background

  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two‐year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Professional Experience

  • 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.

Job Specific & Knowledge

  • Ability to manage projects efficiently and on a timely manner
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and provide professional customer service
  • Ability to provide high quality work
  • MS Office
  • Ability to utilize and troubleshoot audio visual equipment
  • Must be able to be on-site for events.
  • Available to work nights and weekends.
  • English speaking - additional lanaguages a plus

Salary base range for this position is between $52K to $55K, dependent upon experience.
