We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations and Business Development Manager to help us take our company to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with installation teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to streamline operations and maintain efficiency.
- Implement and improve operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage inventory and procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, builders, property managers, and homeowners.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and brand.
- Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to support the company’s growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company’s core values.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff, addressing any challenges or concerns that arise.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the company’s profitability.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational and financial performance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of growing a business.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, budgeting, and financial management.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
