We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations and Business Development Manager to help us take our company to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Coordinate with installation teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to streamline operations and maintain efficiency.
    • Implement and improve operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Manage inventory and procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and market presence.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, builders, property managers, and homeowners.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and brand.
    • Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to support the company’s growth.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company’s core values.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff, addressing any challenges or concerns that arise.
  • Financial Management:
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the company’s profitability.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational and financial performance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of growing a business.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business management, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
