FindATopDoc is a well established healthcare publishing company looking for hardworking, coachable, and business-oriented individuals to join our team of successful inside sales representatives.

The job is a HEAVY call volume position, warm and hot leads, no cold calling. The days are very busy and will require the same full attention as if you were working at an office, we just happen to be in the comfort of our own homes.

The position is completely remote, not required to ever return to office. The company is hiring only within the USA.

You must have your OWN equipment, nothing is provided. - Good and recent computer, headset with microphone and noise cancellation, and webcam (webcam for training and 1 on 1's with management only).

50k base salary - tiered commission structure. 1 week of paid training. 1099 independent contractor position. M-F 9-5:30 EST Paid Vacation time awarded as bonus.

This is NOT the type of job where you can sneak off during the day, you are in constant communications with management and your team, and the calls do not stop. We have weekly meetings, contests, bonuses, and a lively environment.

This is also a SALES position, not customer service, not client relations, SALES. A healthy sales quota is expected to remain on the team. This position isn't for anyone looking to try inside sales, it's for people who are tried and true at it. Superstar, motivated, coachable reps.

If you're money motivated this is the inside sales job you need.

Responsibilities

  • dial outbound and receive inbound calls from warm-hot leads
  • pitch on products and services and close the sale in one call

Requirements

  • Inside Sales Experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to read out loud well from a script
  • Multitasking ability to take notes while on the phone
  • Strong handling objection skills
  • Not afraid to set a goal and achieve it
