Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Based out of our East Syracuse office, this full-time position offers hybrid work flexibility. The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative will be to prospect new clients and set appointments for our Account Executives. This role is crucial in driving our business growth and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to identify potential clients.
- Set appointments and generate qualified leads for Account Executives.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with prospects to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead activity and performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary starting at $52,000 annually
