Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Industrial Broker to lead our in-house brokerage team. This key position involves overseeing our industrial real estate sales operations, developing client relationships, and guiding a team of sales professionals towards achieving business goals. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, crafting strategic sales plans, and ensuring our company's competitive standing in the industrial real estate market. As the leader of our brokerage team, your role is crucial in driving growth, expanding our client base, and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the brokerage team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics to drive success.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial real estate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights for business development.
    • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, effectively closing deals that benefit both the company and the client.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance against targets, providing feedback and implementing changes to enhance productivity.
    • Training and Development: Organize regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, keeping them updated on market practices and technological advancements.
    • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
    • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the brand and forge new business relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial real estate brokerage or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • Licensing: Valid real estate broker’s license.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and financials to inform decisions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other industry-related software.
