Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience is preferred, though others will be considered. We prefer technicians whose experience is in high-end residential air conditioning in NYC.
- Applicant technicians should have experience with AEROSYS, NCP and TASK through-wall condensing units; Mitsubishi CITY-MULTI, LG Multi V, Daikin VRV and similar VRF equipment; Standard split air conditioning systems, water source heat pumps, chillers and ductless split systems.
- This skilled candidate will be responsible for Troubleshooting, Repair and Service of Air Conditioning systems in very high-end homes in NYC.
- The desired candidates should be able to clearly communicate with clients and management, represent our company in a respectful and courteous manner given the level of homes we service.
- Must have a valid NY driver’s license and reasonably clean driving record. Must be dependable and have good customer service skills.
