Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Requirements
- OSHA, SST Card, G-60, F-60
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Valid HVAC EPA certification and relevant licenses.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-call and flexible hours as needed.
