Reports to: Associate Director of Residential Services

Job Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly

Compensation: up to 29.492 per hour

Job Duties Include:

  • Maintaining a 7-bed scattered site supportive living program
  • Serving as point of contact for escalated client issues, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions
  • Maintaining all clinical treatment and documentation
  • Providing clients with education and resources regarding housing rights, tenancy issues, and rental assistance
  • Conducting intakes and assessments
  • Running group meetings in outpatient setting
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • CASAC/CASAC-T or other QHP required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Substance Use Disorder or related field.
  • Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
