We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.

Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.

At Atria, we are recruiting for a home services operations manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervising home services MAs maintaining inventory, building bags, overseeing restock and expiration date monitoring and anticipating seasonal needs.
  • Managing an inventory of vaccines and medications to be used by home services and ensuring adequate supply and safe policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the onboarding, hiring and training of new clinical staff including home services MAs, RNs, and EM physicians per diem and full time.
  • Providing care coordination support for physicians and nurses within the home services division 
  • Ensuring visits are scheduled and communications to home services clinicians are seamless and that the loop is closed after every visit with the primary care team
  • Reviewing data for visit type and volume to plan as we launch in new markets.
  • Managing accounts with lab, equipment and supply vendors including bioreference, quest in collaboration with ops team.
  • Managing accounts used by home services including uber, rental cars, employee housing.

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000

Requirements

  • Experience working in health care
  • Experience in coordination, practice management, and working with clinical staff
  • Self-motivated and proactive; a team player who knows how to think critically in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • 3 - 5 years of experience
