We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our brand ambassador program.

Key objectives:

  1. Identify a scalable customer acquisition method for reaching our potential clients (delivery riders).
  2. Scale this acquisition method to attract 400+ customers per month over the next 3 months.
  3. Ensure a reasonable customer acquisition cost that aligns with our business economics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, emphasizing the identification and cultivation of sales talent to nurture them into proficient sales representatives or affiliates.
  • Develop, refine, and analyze sales scripts, continually optimizing them to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure timely payments to participants.
  • Oversee team scheduling and streamline operations for optimal efficiency.
  • Scout new locations for guerrilla marketing initiatives to expand outreach.
  • Proactively seek cost-effective opportunities to enhance customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales recruitment and development.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage team schedules and operations.
  • Proficiency in script development and optimization.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for identifying unconventional marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to drive customer acquisition efficiently and cost-effectively.
