Head of Provider Operations & Growth

Berry Street is a business-in-a-box platform enabling registered dietitians to start and scale private practices that accept health insurance. We provide all of the software needed to run a best-in-class practice + back-office services like insurance contracting, eligibility verification, customer support, claims billing, and even patient acquisition.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Head of Provider Operations to lead our dietitian-facing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring dietitians on Berry Street have the support and resources they need to thrive on the platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive provider engagement, satisfaction, performance. Your role will have a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Experiment with different channels and acquisition strategies to attract the best dietitians
• Continually iterate on our dietitian onboarding process to ensure dietitians are set up for success
• Develop and execute programs to keep dietitians engaged and support them in growing their practice
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, address issues, and increase efficiency
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track and improve performance and satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with dietitians and group practices, handling any escalated issues or concerns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in provider operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business or clinical operations within healthcare delivery or high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and Business Intelligence tools like Looker.
• Proven track record of fast-paced and self-directed execution
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
