Location: New York (hybrid - with travel across US)

We are one of the fastest growing FMCG brands, re-writing the rules of RTD cocktails, and facing unprecedented growth. Following our incredible growth journey in the UK as the UK’s #1 premium RTD brand, we launched into the US 5 months ago and are growing from strength to strength and expanding distribution this summer.  

Our success is down to the work that our magic MOTHs do, we hire exceptional people to do exceptional things. Our team in the UK has grown to 30 people and we are looking to hire our first US based MOTH as Head of Ops – US. Whilst this is our first hire in the US we are looking to hire 3 more US MOTHs this year.  

We are looking for a superstar Head of Ops to manage the supply of our cocktails to our US customers. 

 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Managing the end-to-end supply of our cocktails to our customers in the USA 
  • Working closely with our New Product Development Manager to select the best suppliers and get them set up for ongoing supply 
  • Purchasing raw materials and scheduling production with our copackers 
  • Owning the demand forecast for the USA – working closely with Sales to maximise forecast accuracy 
  • Overseeing production (Travel required) 
  • Work with the Technical team to ensure agreed batch control processes adhered to 
  • Working closely with distributors to assess stock needs and schedule transfers when required to maximise sales 
  • ERP management – receipting stock, assembling products, processing sales 
  • Managing the Cost of Goods- analysing variance to budget, providing updates for the in-year financial forecasts and long-range planning 

Requirements

  • Drinks industry/FMCG supply chain experience 
  • Demand planning/forecasting skills 
  • ERP systems and Excel skills 
  • Project management experience - onboarding new suppliers and contract negotiations 
  • Budget management experience 
  • Team management experience
