Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Installation to join our team. The Head of Installation will be responsible for overseeing all installation projects, ensuring timely and successful completion while maintaining strict quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and techniques in the outdoor living sector.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the installation team, providing guidance and support throughout the installation lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement efficient installation processes and procedures.
• Monitor employee timesheets, manage operating costs, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership role overseeing installation projects, preferably in the outdoor living or construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials related to outdoor living spaces.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Education and Experience:

• Prior experience as head of installation or construction is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
