Full Job Description
Rockstar is recruiting for a mission-driven healthcare company dedicated to transforming mental health services for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
Our client is addressing a critical gap in traditional healthcare by providing specialized, virtual mental health services, covered by insurance. Their innovative autism assessment often provides life-changing diagnoses for the first time, paired with individualized therapy and community support to foster belonging and connection. In just 18 months, they have achieved rapid growth, including double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, thousands of active clients, and a team of over 100 clinicians. Backed by leading investors and healthcare operators, they are committed to reaching and transforming the lives of millions.
The Role
Rockstar is seeking a dynamic growth marketing professional to join our client's team as their first full-time marketing hire. This role is pivotal in scaling the company's services to millions of autistic and neurodivergent clients nationwide. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the founding team, the candidate will be hands-on with analytics and creative strategy, defining growth marketing as a function. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing growth marketing strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and founding team to define marketing strategy and priorities, focusing on increasing client volume and reducing CAC.
- Creative production and testing: Establish creative production processes, manage stakeholders to develop assets, and relentlessly test to find winning creatives.
- Owning the paid-ad budget: Manage and optimize the ad budget by reallocating spend across channels, adjusting bids, and analyzing performance data.
- Launching new channels: Identify where potential clients are, design and execute channel tests, and evaluate their efficiency and scalability.
- Scaling successful channels: Take existing channels from inception to large-scale operations.
- Optimizing the funnel: Analyze campaign data to improve conversion rates and design experiments to enhance performance.
About You
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced: 4-6+ years in performance or growth marketing with a proven track record of managing channels at scale; experience in high-growth startups preferred. Healthcare or wellness experience is a plus.
- Adaptable: Thrives in the ambiguity of an early-stage environment and excels at taking ownership.
- Data-driven: Analytical, first-principled thinker capable of designing experiments and identifying key metrics to drive insights.
- Resilient: Gritty, scrappy, and action-oriented with the ability to persevere through challenges.
- Mission-aligned: Motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful change.
