Head of Global Sourcing Operations & Talent Acquisition

We have an outstanding opportunity for a talent acquisition leader to lead a team of 20 and improve the processes and effectiveness of interesting high volume recruitment campaigns for a rapidly expanding international company.

Salary available:

Up to £140,000 + 16% bonus (if based in UK)

Up to $180,000 + 16% bonus (if based in USA)

Location & working pattern

Based remotely in UK/Europe or USA.

What you’ll be doing

Your remit will be to head up their talent acquisition operations in the rapidly expanding AI department – globally.

You’ll lead, mentor and develop a globally dispersed recruitment team of 20 people, with different skillsets and responsibilities.

Own the deployment of an innovative, differentiated talent marketing strategy with the intention of growing communities of gig / temporary workers across different markets.

There’s real high volume recruitment happening at pace, so your team will need you to agree strategies and processes for success in different markets around the world.

Skills & experience you’ll need

Significant experience at Director / senior management level in a global talent acquisition team.

Highly strategic, innovative, and very experienced at managing people.

Experienced in crowdsourcing or gig recruitment, and AI Data services is preferable. 

Essential that you’ve led or strategically overseen high volume temporary global recruitment campaigns involving 1000s of gig workers / temporary hires.
