Requirements
Responsibilities
As a Growth Engineer, you'll delve into data analytics, website optimization, student acquisition, and engagement strategies. Your main tasks will involve developing and executing strategies to enhance web traffic and engagement among our target students. Additionally, you'll make data-driven recommendations for product changes aimed at achieving our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct growth experiments to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
- Enhance the student application flow to improve conversion rates.
- Implement drip email and SMS campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Integrate affiliate marketing programs and referral initiatives.
- Collaborate with ads providers to synchronize data and optimize ad campaigns.
Collaboration
You'll collaborate closely with our growth team, taking ownership of the development cycle from drafting specifications to shipping features. Together, we strive to achieve impactful results efficiently and iteratively.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Growth Engineer.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering roles, preferably within startup environments.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in integrating with external APIs is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills conducive to hybrid work environments.
