As a German Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting candidate searches, screening potential candidates, and facilitating the interview and selection process for our clients. You will be able to work independently, managing your own workload and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate searches using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites
• Review resumes and applications, screen potential candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews
• Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific positions and organizations
• Facilitate and coordinate interview and selection processes between candidates and clients
• Manage communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary
• Collaborate and consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database

Requirements

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of the consumer services industry and its specific hiring needs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients
