About the Role

We are seeking a senior designer for an international design, communications, audiovisual, copywriting and publishing firm.

Job Description

• Conceptualise, create, and manage a wide range of projects.
• Work with Design Director and project team to ensure project success.
• Embrace diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Engage in a ‘concept first’ approach and ‘creatively strategic’ process to branding.
• Develop brand concepts, experiences, and designs across various touchpoints.
• Act as the day-to-day design representative to clients.
• Collaborate with talented external partners to enhance project quality.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of creative experience.
• Experience in motion, 3D, type design, and illustration is a plus.
• Proficiency in various creative disciplines and media.
• Expertise in industry tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Figma, etc.
• Collaborative, proactive, positive, and rigorous work ethic.
• Strong balance of creativity and strategy.
• Curiosity, desire to challenge, and engage with cultural trends.
