POSITION SUMMARY
As a part of the Service Group, this position will be responsible to support the execution of work performed in the field, preparing and reviewing work orders, claims and contractor invoices focused on ensuring the effective and efficient field operations while providing world class customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible for administrative support for the Service Department; including processing of mail, filing, faxing and coordinating courier activities.
- Responsible for accurate and timely entry of information for bus repairs; including the creation of work orders, maintenance of time sheets and record keeping.
- Follow-up and investigate with Corporate Finance Department on processing of payments, past due payments, missing invoices and other issues for ensuring payments are made.
- Coding and processing of all invoices for the center; including supplies/vendors, utilities and office supplies.
- Create parts order requests (Warranty and Acceptance).
- Responsible for parts, tracking inventory, staging/kitting, and parts return.
- Create and report on Field Work including RO & WO completion.
- Enter and process Customer Claims and/or Contractor invoices timely.
- Responsible for all actions in Field Service Cloud; including adding/updating Field Technicians, Field Technician work skills, customer information, etc.
- Provide reports including VFN/Supplier/Work Order performance.
Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Annually
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs
- Ability to be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Some travel will be required for this position
