Family Practice Physician Opportunity in Manhattan

What You'll Do:

• Location: Manhattan
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• NYS MD License
• Preferred: Credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurances

About the Role:

• Provide primary care services for new and returning patients, including annual exams, minor illnesses, and necessary employer-related forms.
• Offer specialty care evaluations in fields like cardiology, neurology, pain management, and sleep medicine.
• Focus on outpatient care with no inpatient or on-call responsibilities.
• No hospital follow-up work.

Support You Can Count On:

• EHR System: Athena Health (similar to EPIC)
• You won’t need to manage psych or pain medication management.
• Full support from a dedicated team for pharmacy, records, and authorizations.
• Clinical staff (Medical Assistants/Scribes) handle patient histories, medication lists, and routine tests, so you can focus on providing excellent care.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $300K per year or $125/hr (1099). With performance bonuses, total compensation could range from $280,000 - $300,000 annually.
