• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, with a robust benefits package

Your Role:

• Provide top-notch primary care services, from preventive health assessments to chronic disease management.
• Establish meaningful connections with patients and their families to promote long-term health.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records using Athena EHR.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
