• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, with a robust benefits package

What You’ll Do:

• Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage a range of health conditions with a focus on continuity of care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventative care.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
