• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, with a robust benefits package

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, focusing on holistic patient well-being.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, empowering them to achieve better outcomes.
• Utilize Athena EHR to maintain accurate patient records and streamline communication.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
