Position Overview:

• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Up to $175,000 per year, along with a full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions with a patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease management.
• Keep detailed and organized records using the Athena EHR system.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
