What We Offer:

• Position Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and create customized care plans.
• Diagnose and manage various health conditions, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient services.
• Educate and empower patients and families on health maintenance.
• Maintain organized and precise patient records using the Athena EHR system.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
