Position Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Compensation: Up to $175,000 per year, with an attractive benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Diagnose and manage a range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education on disease prevention and health maintenance to patients and families.
• Accurately document patient interactions using the Athena EHR system.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
