The Enrollment and Family Services Coordinator at LIFE Trusts plays a vital role in ensuring that families are effectively engaged and supported throughout the enrollment process. You will work closely with families, providing information about our programs, assisting with documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. As the primary point of contact for family inquiries, your role will directly impact the success and satisfaction of our enrolled families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for families inquiring about enrollment in LIFE Trusts programs.
• Guide families through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Maintain organized records of all family interactions and enrollment documents.
• Develop and implement family engagement strategies to foster strong relationships between families and the organization.
• Provide support and resources to families throughout their enrollment journey.
