Engagement Manager, International Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with government agencies and international organizations.
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans that align with WerQ AI’s solutions.
• Coordinate project delivery with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and client feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and innovations within the public sector to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Represent WerQ AI at conferences, workshops, and industry events to promote our solutions and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, International Relations, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, or consulting within the public sector.
• Strong understanding of international public sector dynamics and governmental processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a flair for storytelling and negotiation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
