General Job Description:

Maintains and repairs facility, grounds and manufacturing machinery. Supervises custodial staff.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of manufacturing machinery
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years related experience
• Hands-on knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, etc.
• Must supply own tools

Specific Duties:

1. Inspect, maintain and perform primary repair of mechanical equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on all building machinery and equipment
2. Make recommendations regarding replacement of machinery
3. Keep the building in compliance with OSHA regulations
